Crowley Lake is truly a unique place.  It was created by DWP in the late 1930's with the Lake opening to the public in 1941!

This is one place that every trout angler must come to experience.

From great Bait & Lure fishing to some of the finest lake fly fishing in the world... This is lake trout fishing at it best.

The area the lake filled into was alkaline and it created the perfect environment for fish to feed and grow all year round.

Over time Eastern Sierra Bent Rods.com will document the lake, the midge, the legends that fish the lake, the events and culture and people who make Crowley Lake the place it is.

Our goal is simple... we want to share are love of this area and get you to help us support it's long term survival.

In the Short Video on Crowley lake above.  Nick Layton who live right on Crowley Lake, talks about why the lake is unique and then he chats about one of the ways to fly fish the lake.

Wow we will have so MUCH more at this page in the future...
